Lab 8 provided space planning solutions for the existing office space of Lifetopia, an internet company that provides international apartment and roommate location services.

Each schematic study examined various levels of staff expansion within the company's exisitng floor plate to eliminate the need for short-term expansion requirements, a major expense in New York City. These solutions also explored the range of possibilities available from simply re-arranging their existing furniture inventory to purchasing all new workspaces.
